Home Phone Long-Distance Service Retirement
This notice is to inform you that the ability to place long‑distance calls
directly from your home phone using Pulse Telecom will be retired effective December 31, 2025.
Effective January 1, 2026: Home phone long‑distance calling through Pulse Telecom will no longer be available.
How to continue making long-distance calls

To continue making long‑distance calls directly from your home phone, please obtain a plan from your local home phone company.

Pulse Telecom will continue offering long‑distance via Speed Dial and Calling Card, which work by dialing an Pulse Telecom access number first.
If you do not already have Speed Dial or Calling Card services, our team is here to help set them up for you quickly and easily.
Important: Calls to Pulse Telecom access numbers may be billed by your local phone company if you do not have unlimited U.S. calling or a long‑distance plan.
